[Remote] Corporate Recruiter (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a growing Life Sciences Talent Acquisition team. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
- Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
