[Remote] CPQ Implementation Consultant, Senior

Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for industry-specific markets, seeking a Senior CPQ Implementation Consultant. This role involves guiding customers through end-to-end implementations of Configure, Price, and Quote capabilities, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participating in full-cycle implementations, including Kickoff, Requirements Gathering, Functional Design and Documentation, System Configuration, Testing, and Training, while ensuring adherence to Infor Deployment Methodology
- Collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and translating those requirements into systematic specifications for development
- Developing a deep understanding of CPQ software features to effectively apply them to meet customer needs
- Researching, documenting, configuring, and testing functional elements to align with customer policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Partnering with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Support to communicate customer needs and design effective solutions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, and establishing credibility as a trusted advisor
Skills
- Experience with configure, price, quote software
- Consulting experience, including customer-facing presentations
- Experience applying structured, logical approaches to problem-solving, including root cause analysis and solution design within CPQ or similar systems
- Project experience with exposure to software development, including Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and solution specifications
- Ability to travel 50% or more
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Industry-specific expertise in Manufacturing or Distribution
