Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center (CIC) product workflow, guaranteeing high‑quality, streamlined data entry for internal users.
  • Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and operating procedures for the CIC, ensuring alignment across all internal teams.
  • Design and scale tools that meet security and privacy requirements, enabling internal teams to safely analyze customer data and behavior.
  • Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay current with industry trends in customer digital behavior, data analytics, information security, and privacy regulations, identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, careerzynith Interface, Data Engineering, careerzynith+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong focus on data security and privacy.
