Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist fluent in Vietnamese for a remote position. The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses and supporting the improvement of AI systems through voice interactions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform
- Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI voice interactions
- Evaluate AI-generated responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
- Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations
- Support the improvement of Vietnamese language AI systems through voice-based AI evaluation
- Maintain high-quality standards while working independently in a remote environment
Skills
- Standard-level fluency in Vietnamese
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible remote work environment
- Experience with AI-related tasks such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data evaluation, quality assurance, or data annotation
