[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to use your quantitative skill set, dedication and collaborative spirit to provide data-driven insights. You will play a critical role in advancing how we impact our members, personalize their experience and measure the outcomes of our impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full cycle of analytics: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis and actionable insights
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into actionable insights and make recommendations to the internal partners
- Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses, conducting research and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance
- Work closely with different teams to understand their analytical needs, including identifying critical success metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to support achieving business strategy
- Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems
- Monitor key performance metrics, understanding root causes of changes in metrics
Skills
- Proficiency in data collection, data modeling and visualization
- Skills in performing ad hoc analyses and conducting research
- Competency in building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance
- Capability to identify critical success metrics and KPIs
- Expertise in structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems
- Understanding of root causes of changes in key performance metrics
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
