[Remote] Data Analyst - Client Intelligence & Decision
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. As a Data Analyst, you'll transform raw data into meaningful insights to drive business decisions and work with stakeholders to identify trends and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision making
- Develop SQL queries and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across datasets and reporting processes
- Present findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data-driven analysis
Skills
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Excel and SQL
- Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in AI, automation, and leveraging data to solve business challenges
- Curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
