[Remote] Data Analyst Revenue Cycle
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is offering a new opportunity for a Data Analyst of Revenue Cycle. The role involves conducting financial analysis, evaluating programs, and participating in budget development.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial analysis related to existing operations, productivity, budget variance and new service development
- Review and evaluate existing and new programs/services and offer recommendations for enhancement or improvement
- Participate in the annual operating and capital budget development
Skills
- Requires Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Requires minimum 4 years' experience in financial analysis
- Requires experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrate high-level of understanding in using and/or maintaining a Decision Support System
- Ability to understand medical cost structures as it relates to service line distinctions and revenue streams
- This job requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and handle stressful situations
- HFMA membership desired
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- EPIC experience - Clarity database highly preferred
- Power BI - Query preferred
- Excel - experience (moderated to advance) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills desired
