Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize careerzynith’s WIN Central system to receive, stage, and track incoming shipments, including drums, bulk containers, and hazardous materials.

  • Organize and update trailer inventories, creating shared Outlook files that provide real‑time visibility to supervisors and logistics partners.
  • Generate outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, and shipping documentation, guaranteeing compliance with federal and state transportation regulations.
  • Execute clerical duties such as filing, typing, and general office administration, supporting supervisors with reputed company projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including maintenance, logistics, and compliance—to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
