[Remote] Digital Content Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking an Associate Digital Content Manager to support a fast-growing eCommerce team focused on optimizing product content across Amazon and beauty retail channels. The role involves managing product content, evaluating performance, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance the digital shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product detail pages, enhanced content, and brand store experiences
- Evaluate content performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop and refine imagery, visual assets, and product storytelling
- Support testing initiatives to determine the most effective content, imagery, and messaging
- Ensure all content meets channel requirements and brand standards
- Drive ongoing optimization efforts across high-priority products and launches
- Translate performance data into actionable content recommendations
Skills
- Experience managing eCommerce content for Amazon and/or beauty retail partners
- Understanding of digital shelf optimization and online shopper behavior
- Experience with PDP content, A+ content, brand stores, and marketplace merchandising
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect content decisions to business outcomes
- Experience partnering with creative, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Beauty, personal care, or consumer products experience preferred
