[Remote] Director of Brand Partnerships and Earned Media

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ForceBrands is a fast-growing, mission-driven snacks brand seeking a Director of Brand Partnerships and Earned Media. In this high-impact contract leadership role, you will drive brand collaborations, oversee PR strategy, and work cross-functionally to bring innovative campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for brand partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value brand collaborations
  • Build compelling partnership pitches alongside Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams
  • Oversee partnership execution from contract through campaign delivery
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional project coordination
  • Lead earned media strategy and manage an external PR agency
  • Establish KPIs and measure partnership and PR performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends across media, creators, and digital marketing

Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, earned media, branded content, or strategic marketing
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful brand collaborations
  • Strong relationships with brands, agencies, and senior marketing leaders
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of digital media, creators, and consumer marketing trends
  • 2–3+ years of people management experience preferred
  • Experience with celebrity partnerships is a plus
