[Remote] Director, Site Operations Opportunities

They are seeking a Director of Site Operations to oversee the full scope of cannabis manufacturing, including safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site — from the grow and lab through post-processing, packaging, and logistics
- Direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people who make it all run
- Own the facility budget
- Drive continuous improvement
- Lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a high-growth operation
Skills
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership
- Direct management of 100+ people
- Consumer packaged goods experience
- P&L ownership
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred)
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus
- Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure a plus
