[Remote] Epic Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemyCorporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month fully remote role focused on a significant Connect implementation project. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the project's successful integration and go-live readiness.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead project calls to confirm integration scope and prerequisites, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure testing and data validation readiness
- Serve as the primary contact for Subject Matter Experts, technical resources, and third-party vendors. Coordinate required resources for third-party build, testing, and cutover
- Track progress for technical build and readiness of integrations for Epic go-live. Report updates and escalate risks to project leads in a timely manner
Skills
- Experienced Project Manager to organize multiple efforts in an extensive Connect implementation project
- Strong background in managing vendor relations
- Ideally, knowledge of Epic integrations
- Expertise in coordinating with operational leaders and Subject Matter Experts, third-party vendor resources, and technical resources
- Creating meeting agendas and distributing notes
- Developing a deep knowledge of the project to help lead discussions with relevant parties
- Schedule and lead project calls to confirm integration scope and prerequisites
- Facilitate technical discussions
- Ensure testing and data validation readiness
- Serve as the primary contact for Subject Matter Experts, technical resources, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate required resources for third-party build, testing, and cutover
- Track progress for technical build and readiness of integrations for Epic go-live

- Expertise in project and resource management of technical projects
- Experience in healthcare data integration and working with third-party vendors
- Proficiency in detailed notes and tracking for complex projects
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of HL7 and API integrations for healthcare-related third-party integrations and related processes (i.e. test system setup)
- Understanding of Epic go-live readiness requirements
- Experience with third-party contracting for integration projects
