[Remote] Finance Deputy Value Stream Product Owner

Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense technology, and they are seeking a Finance Deputy Value Stream Product Owner to oversee the 1LMX build and delivery of systems tools and processes for the Tax Accounting and Financial Accounting teams. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure business requirements are met while implementing the overall 1LMX vision for Finance.
Responsibilities
- Driving cross BA and Function conversations for MMAS Compliance of 1LMX business processes
- Defining Business Process and Business Roles
- Defining and creating End User Training
- Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks
Skills
- SAP system implementations or conversions
- Agile methodologies including FWRICE specifications and testing
- Manage complex projects
- Leading and organizing a team to manage competing priorities
- Expert knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules
- In depth knowledge of Jira for managing work scope
- 1LMX experience

- Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
- (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays
- Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays
- PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year
