[Remote] Financial Data Analyst

Catena Solutions is a growing organization looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join their team. The role involves working with data, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support recurring dashboard/report refreshes and ad hoc reporting requests
- Assist with financial and vendor data uploads, validation, and database maintenance
- Build and improve workflows, reporting processes, and analytical models
- Monitor and maintain data quality across multiple systems and sources
- Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and actionable insights
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience working with data, analytics, accounting, or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Exposure to Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive, or Datarails is a plus
