[Remote] Forward Deployed AI Consultant

The Forward Deployed AI Consultant (FDC) is a customer-facing builder who brings next-generation enterprise automation to life, working directly with business and IT teams to translate real business problems into automated processes. This role requires high agility and the ability to influence through trust and relationship-building, driving operational impact within the customer's environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize agentic solutions that automate real-world business processes
- Configure agents, prompts, and workflow logic using a no code interface—no LLM tuning required
- Drive customer enablement through hands-on guidance, training, and best practice sharing
- Partner with client teams to run user acceptance testing, validate outcomes, and support rapid deployment and iteration
- Embed with customers to uncover requirements, manage scope, and navigate “messy” real-world environments
- Help customers navigate behavioral change and attain business outcomes through agentic solutions
Skills
- 4–6 years of experience implementing CRM, ERP, supply chain, or similar complex business applications
- Strong intuition for AI powered products; curious, fast learning, and eager to push what's possible
- Exceptional customer presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust at all levels
- Proven agility and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast changing environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and outcome driven execution
- Excellent articulation skills—able to translate complex workflows into clear, business friendly language
- Seeking candidates who would love to spend time in-person building with customers – Travel expectation: 50%+
