Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React + TypeScript) to join our client to drive the development and evolution of a digital lending platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable applications that enhance user experience and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of scalable applications that support a personal loans platform
- Guide projects from initial concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with product goals and business priorities
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve user experience, conversion, and reliability
- Maintain high quality code standards through testing, documentation, and peer review while mentoring other engineers
- Oversee system performance and stability, including CI and CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support in a cloud based environment
Skills
- At least five years of experience developing modern applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases such as PostgreSQL, and containerization tools like Docker
- Proven ability to work across the full application stack and contribute to microservices based architectures
- Effective communication skills with a product focused mindset and sound decision making abilities
- Experience handling sensitive data with care, including compliance with data privacy and security standards
