[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter - Georgia

PruittHealth is a Southeast regional leader in long-term health care, seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their dynamic recruitment organization. The role involves managing the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions
• You will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postings
• You will conduct interviews, forward viable candidates to hiring managers and establish and handle interview schedules
• Once the candidate is selected, you will extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
• You have the opportunity to be creative in building a pipeline of quality talent through various methods
• Cultivating relationships with quality candidates will be the key to success in this role

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
• One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years previous high volume recruiting experience preferred
• 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
• One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
