Manage and grow the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty. Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for optimization. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI for all campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices in the hospitality industry. Assist in developing and executing online reputation management strategies. Plan and coordinate virtual events or online promotional activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing online marketing campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), SEO best practices, and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
