Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Justice Mission (IJM) is the global leader in protecting vulnerable people from violence around the world. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the Global People Support team, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and project management.
Responsibilities
- HR research
- Project management
- Process support
- Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and principles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with project and/or process management and enhancement preferred
