Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of three offices supporting three correctional facilities
- Lead a team both in person and remotely as needed
- Develop working relationships with both direct reports, customers and administration
Skills
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst
- A strong understanding of Human Resource Processes and systems
- Ability to lead a team both in person and remotely as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop working relationships with both direct reports, customers and administration
