[Remote] Implementation Project Manager (Agentic AI)

The Implementation Project Manager will lead AI-enabled implementation projects, coordinating various activities to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for TMSfirst’s AI-enabled global TMS and logistics solutions
- Coordinate discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities
- Manage timelines, risks, and project documentation
- Collaborate closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and carrier/shipper stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and optimize implementation processes
- Align solutions with customer business objectives and operational workflows
- Drive customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and ensure that implemented solutions deliver measurable value and support long-term customer growth

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate implementation outcomes, and support AI-driven decision-making
- Project Implementation and Software Implementation skills to manage end-to-end deployments of cloud-based logistics and TMS solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders across regions
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience building trust, managing expectations, and delivering successful onboarding experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with transportation, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS platforms, especially TMS or visibility solutions
- Familiarity with AI-driven or Agentic AI systems, cloud-native architectures, and configurable workflows
