[Remote] Infor Syteline Consultant

NAVA Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Infor SyteLine ERP implementations to lead deployment and transformation initiatives. The role involves managing multiple implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change requests
- Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, and gap analysis sessions
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure successful data migration, system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Oversee issue resolution and manage project escalations
- Drive user adoption, training initiatives, and change management activities
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP implementations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple SyteLine implementation projects
- Strong project management skills
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Ability to work closely with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and executive leadership
