The Enrollment Specialist role involves making outbound sales calls to help small businesses join the BillGO Exchange network, ensuring they receive payments faster and more reliably.
Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the enrollment process with clarity and empathy
- Ensure every enrollment is completed accurately and efficiently

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Passion for helping people and solving problems
- Fearlessness when it comes to outbound calling and driving conversations
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate with confidence
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume sales, customer engagement, or a similar fast-paced environment
