[Remote] IT Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple business units, leading project resources, managing scope, timeline, and budget in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units
- Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project
- Oversee the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
- Manage project scope, timeline and budget/expenses
- Obtain and align resources to key project roles
- Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
- Oversee project execution, integration, implementation, and risk management
- Manage mitigation planning, readiness/change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance
- Ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
- Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
- Act as a program manager on an interim basis if required
Skills
- Ability to represent senior project stakeholders
- Experience working on agile projects
- Previous project management experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of SDLC
