[Remote] Lead AI Engineer

They are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI systems that reason over complex datasets and enhance decision-making in trading and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build true agentic AI systems (not just standalone models)
- Work directly with power markets, trading & asset performance data
- Develop LLM-driven decision-making systems used in live environments
- Combine LLMs, time-series data & optimization engines into intelligent agents
Skills
- Experience building or deploying LLMs / GenAI systems in production
- Background in agentic systems, workflows, or decision-making frameworks
- Strong understanding of system design across ML + software engineering
- Experience with time-series, optimization, or quantitative systems
- Interest or exposure to energy markets, trading, or infrastructure systems
