[Remote] Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Finance Specialist for their FP&A Operations team. The role involves managing portfolio risk reviews and supporting FP&A cycle activities to enhance the financial health of the P&ES business.
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio risk review scoping, documentation, communication, and development and maintenance of supporting tools
- Ensure supporting functions are completing pre work and follow up actions related to risk reviews
- Drive FP&A process improvements
- Continuously identify areas of improvement to process & drive implementation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, economics
- Significant work experience in similar field
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Experience and interest in driving process improvement
- Excellent in time management, organizational and data driven skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
