[Remote] Lead Power Platform Reliability Engineer

As a Lead Power Platform Reliability Engineer, you will enhance the team's mission by crafting enterprise-level applications and ensuring seamless integration with key systems while mentoring team members and leading global meetings.
Responsibilities
- Leads both Power BI and Power Platform Global CoE forums
- Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform
- Builds end-to-end low code solutions using the Power Platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities following app building and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices with the majority concentrated on Power Apps premium capabilities including capabilities from, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot, and AI Builder
- Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items
- Mentors other members on the team on building Power Platform solutions
- Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale
Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a software development (full stack)
- 5+ years of experience in a financial institution or regulated industry
- 5+ years experience of architecture and design thinking for distributed and data analytics solutions
- Hands on experience in Power Platform development will be given higher priority
- Knowledge on Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages, and AI Builder
- Experience building applications on the Azure or any cloud platform
- Experience with web application development using .Net\C#\React\typescript
- Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 customization & integration
