[Remote] Lead Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carrum Health is a health tech company focused on transforming specialty care to enhance patient experiences. They are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to design and execute the technical hiring strategy while managing full-cycle recruitment and eventually transitioning into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- As the foundational lead for this pillar, you will design and execute the end-to-end technical hiring strategy
- You will start by rolling up your sleeves to personally drive full-cycle execution for our most complex tech roles
- You’ll maintain a high volume of active candidates while ensuring an elite candidate experience where no one sits in a stage for more than 48 hours
- You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-quality, diverse technical talent
- You’ll provide weekly 'Funnel Health' reports directly to leadership
- You will partner directly with technical leadership to proactively evaluate their current team structures and project where they need to grow as we scale
- You will develop a profound understanding of Carrum’s value-based care model and business goals to effectively pitch our vision and sell high-quality technical talent on our long-term impact
Skills
- 6+ years of experience doing technical recruiting, preferably with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment where you had to build processes from scratch
- A passion for mentorship, team performance management, and organizational design
- Ability to articulate our value-based care mission to a Senior AI Engineer with infectious enthusiasm
- Understanding the nuances between a Data Engineer and a Data Scientist
- Ability to leverage AI-driven sourcing and automated workflows to eliminate the mundane
