[Remote] Lead UX/UI Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stable10 is a premium direct-to-consumer apparel and lifestyle brand looking to enhance its digital customer experience. They are seeking a Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer to take ownership of UX initiatives, improve usability, and design intuitive digital experiences across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI initiatives across web and mobile ecommerce experiences
- Design customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing and customer journey analysis
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Creative and Ecommerce teams to prioritise opportunities
- Use analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries
- Help shape UX processes and ways of working as the function continues to mature
Skills
- 5+ years' experience within UX, Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product or ecommerce design
- Experience designing customer-facing ecommerce experiences
- Comfortable conducting user research, usability testing and journey mapping
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills using Figma
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how UX influences customer behaviour and conversion
- Experience within apparel, fashion, luxury retail or consumer brands
- Experience contributing to website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives
- Design systems experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
