[Remote] Legal Intake Specialist

This role involves acting as a liaison between accident victims and law firms, requiring strong sales-like skills and the ability to educate callers on their rights.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Explain the importance of legal representation to accident victims
  • Use our proprietary call/lead tracking systems efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Working cell phone, computer, and internet connection
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
  • Must live in one of the following states: TX, GA, FL, NC, or SC
  • Knowledge of auto insurance processes
  • Understanding of legal rights after car accidents
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Experience making upwards of 100+ calls a day
