[Remote] Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)

They are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist who will manage the onboarding process for new and prospective clients, ensuring they are a good fit for the firm and scheduling consultations with attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases
- Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit
- Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm
- Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
- Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
- Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls
Skills
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise
- Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation
- Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills
- Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent
- Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims
- Enjoys phone interactions
- Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Sales experience is a strong plus!
