Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, care managers, and social workers
- Actively market Private Duty Nursing services to grow the caseload
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources
- Handle home care intake processes from initial inquiry through onboarding
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience for patients and referral partners
- Maintain clear communication across all touchpoints
