Remote Medicare Agent (with Active Health License)

Qualifications:

• Active health insurance license
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and motivated in a remote work environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or Medicare (preferred but not required).
• A computer and reliable internet connection.

Compensation

• This role is a 1099 commission-only position
• Our pay schedule is every two weeks
• We have reviewed other companies with base plus commission compensation, and in most every case, our commission-only pay comes out with a higher total compensation.
• We have a sliding scale for pay per enrollment - the more enrollments you do, the more you get paid per enrollment. We're looking for team players who are hungry, ready to work, and ready to see huge success.
