The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: This Position is NOT a Remote Position The Monitor Aide monitors patients remotely from within the hospital itself. Applicants must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the facility. Previous patient monitor experience required; successful completion of video monitor training. Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively, must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations, and must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision. Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS required through American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Prior experience in patient care preferred
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• AHA BLS

Schedule Requirement:

• Part Time - Day 7a-3:30p
• 16 hours per week (Every other weekend required for Saturday and Sunday, with rotating Friday)
