Key Responsibilities
Assist Travel Agents in booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and trip planning support. Communicate with clients through email, chat, or phone. Maintain client reservation records and update booking details. Help resolve travel changes, cancellations, or schedule adjustments. Ensure customer interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (email, online search, typing). Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once. Comfortable working independently from home. No experience required — Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
