Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, to ensure smooth coordination between the school and external parties. Assist in preparing documents and reports needed for school administrative purposes. Coordinate with staff and faculty for various school events and activities, ensuring everything is on track. Help with maintaining digital records and files for easy access and retrieval by the school administration.

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
