[Remote] Principal/Lead Embedded Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Zephyr RTOS and experience in developing reliable firmware systems, collaborating closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded software using Zephyr RTOS
- Implement kernel-level constructs including threads, work queues, timers, and synchronization primitives
- Configure RTOS components to support deterministic system behavior and real-time telemetry execution
- Support STM32H5 and similar MCU-based platforms
Skills
- Deep Zephyr RTOS expertise
- Strong low-level engineering skills
- Experience building reliable, production-grade firmware systems
- Experience integrating firmware with Windows-based applications and platform services
- Hands-on, system-level engineering experience
- Ability to collaborate across firmware, middleware, and UI teams
- Design and develop embedded software using Zephyr RTOS

- Configure RTOS components to support deterministic system behavior and real-time telemetry execution
