- Experience working across SDLC Product lifecycle
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines
- Agile Product Management experience
- Health benefits domain experience with strong industry knowledge
- Experience owning requirements across enrollment, eligibility, rates, data feeds, and benefits administration workflows including COBRA and CDH
- Experience delivering enrollment or benefits administration features (need to be on employer/ administration side not just member)
- Experience on large, complex programs
- Strong API Experience is preference
- Workflows experience
- UX Research experience
- Comfort bringing multiple systems and experiences together into a single domain across many portals
