Responsibilities
- Engaging with professionals who are exploring leadership, development or career growth opportunities
- Having structured discovery conversations to understand background, goals and suitability
- Sharing information clearly and professionally about personal development and leadership-focused pathways
- Following an established process for candidate/client engagement and follow-up
- Using digital platforms, online systems and communication tools to manage activity
- Building strong professional relationships through thoughtful, values-led communication
- Participating in ongoing training, learning and development
- Managing your own schedule and activity with consistency and accountability
Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with experienced professionals
- A genuine interest in personal growth, leadership and development
- Professional maturity and good judgement
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- A consultative, thoughtful and relationship-led approach
- Comfort using online platforms, video calls and digital communication tools
- Openness to learning and following a structured process
- Previous experience in consulting, leadership development, HR, recruitment, coaching, training, education or client-facing work would be helpful, although sector background is less important than communication style, professionalism and alignment
