This role involves managing a team of software development project managers, focusing on hiring, training, and mentoring, while also addressing project challenges as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of six or more software development project managers
- Hiring

- Jumping in as needed when projects go awry
Skills
- 10+ years project management over software development and customization projects, including budget management over fixed-price projects
- Experience managing project managers, including hiring and supervising
- PMP certification
- Agile certification (DASM preferred)
- Experience participating on sales calls, contributing to proposals, and managing external client relationships
- MS Project, Jira
- ERP implementation / customization project expertise
- Utility industry experience
- Public speaking experience
