[Remote] Program Manager

E Tech Group is one of the largest engineering and system integration firms in the United States, providing IT automation and control solutions for over 30 years. They are seeking a Program Manager to support multiple projects and lead a team of engineers, focusing on delivering technical solutions and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates with major clients, focusing on E Tech Group resources
- Manages internal and external resources to estimate, sell, and implement multiple systems across various applications and locations
- Acts as the primary client contact, responsible for financial decisions and long-term goals for both organizations
- Oversees client revenue opportunities, project pursuit, proposal development, negotiation, and order closing
- Supports the Program Director and Business Development Manager in creating client-specific strategies and tactical plans
- Ensures the technical, financial, and commercial success of solutions, maintaining project schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Typically leads multiple or high-risk projects, with expert-level competency in maximizing value from E Tech Group products and services
- Duties may occasionally require work on weekends or holidays
- Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates
Skills
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent educational background
- 8+ years of dedicated PM experience or 10+ years in project engineering environment
- PMP credential
- Proven and recognized project management leader in specific technologies and/or solutions with familiarity with industrial controls projects
- Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs within one or more languages (Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Rockwell, etc.)
- Experience with process controls instrumentation
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk up and down stairs and or fixed ladders numerous times
