[Remote] Project Coordinator

PAZ Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project execution, team coordination, and operational workflow management across the organization. In this role, you will help maintain visibility across active projects by organizing tasks, tracking timelines, monitoring workloads, and ensuring action items move forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day project coordination across multiple client accounts and internal initiatives Create, organize, and maintain tasks, timelines, and workflows within the company’s project management platform Track project progress and proactively identify delays, blockers, risks, or missed deadlines Assist with resource coordination, workload visibility, and team capacity tracking Organize and document action items from meetings, transcripts, and project discussions Maintain project documentation, timelines, and operational records to ensure visibility and accountability Support time tracking, due date management, and administrative workflow coordination across teams Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to ensure priorities and next steps are clearly communicated Help improve operational consistency by identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting process improvements Support adoption and ongoing management of project management systems and operational tools Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency, organization, documentation, and project visibility while maintaining appropriate human oversight, quality control, and critical thinking Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working within project management and collaboration tools (Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify problems, ask questions, and proactively follow up on incomplete work Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly Strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong comfort level with technology and a willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve productivity and operational effectiveness Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, and context 0–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, project management, marketing, or related fields Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on commitments Familiarity with project management systems, task management tools, or workflow coordination Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments Strong aptitude for learning new systems, technologies, and processes quickly Highly detail-oriented and process-minded Calm and composed in fast-moving environments Proactive and eager to learn Collaborative and team-oriented Comfortable operating with structure while adapting to changing priorities Benefits Unlimited PTO – From Day One Take the time you need to recharge, with no accruals or waiting periods.
