[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful adoption of their solutions to improve patient access and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Relatient solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned to defined project scope, timelines, and client objectives
- Provide clear visibility into project status, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying process improvements, recommending solution designs, and maximizing value related to patient access and operational outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI frameworks)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus
