[Remote] Project Manager - Data Centers (Travelling)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navitas Resourcing Group is a leading general contractor actively growing its Mission Critical division. They are seeking experienced Project Managers to support hyperscale and colocation data center projects across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead mission critical/data center projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Drive project schedules, quality, safety, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership
- Review submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and project documentation
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- 3+ years of hyperscale and/or colocation data center experience
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and mission critical construction
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Proven success delivering large, technically complex projects
- Willingness to travel and support projects nationally
