[Remote] Project Manager II
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meade is a full-service design firm specializing in innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager II to own the end-to-end delivery of repeatable, bounded-scope projects with defined workflows and predictable delivery patterns.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize engineering documents (drawings, specs, reports)
- Enforce naming conventions, version control, and document standards
- Manage document systems (Egnyte, SharePoint, Procore, etc.)
- Distribute documents and manage transmittals
- Route documents for review and approval
- Track and maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, NTPs, and Pos
- Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards
- Archive completed project records and support close-out
Skills
- 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or a related administrative or technical field
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Comfort working with structured workflows and templates
- Strong task, schedule, and dependency management skills
- Working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- Ability to execute independently within defined scope
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
