- Oversee daily operations of the tool crib, ensuring optimal part and supply storage
- Lead and guide the crib team in project planning and execution
- Analyze operational data and generate insightful reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues and management across various levels to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders for effective coordination
- Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines efficiently
- Operate a forklift as needed (certification required)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and template creation)
- Experience creating effective presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of warehouse or industrial supply chain operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internship experience considered)
