[Remote] Project Manager – Supply Chain WMS (HighJump WMS & Körber WMS) - Parttime Job
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Warehouse Management System implementations and Supply Chain technology projects. The role involves managing project plans, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of WMS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end WMS implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver successful implementations
- Coordinate system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing (UAT), go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, change requests, and PMO documentation
- Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting using Smartsheet
- Coordinate vendors and implementation partners while ensuring project quality and timelines
- Support change management, user training, communication, and adoption of new warehouse technologies
- Recommend process improvements across warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and distribution
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing Supply Chain, Warehouse, or WMS implementation projects
- Advanced Smartsheet expertise (project plans, dashboards, reporting, automation, resource management)
- Experience implementing or supporting at least one of the following WMS platforms: Manhattan WMS, Körber WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, HighJump WMS
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementations
- Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Inventory, Distribution, Logistics & Fulfillment
- Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid project delivery
- Budget, resource, risk, and stakeholder management
- Executive communication and vendor management
- Smartsheet (advanced)
- Experience with multiple WMS platforms is preferred
