The role involves evaluating RFPs, managing deadlines, and utilizing AI tools to enhance the proposal writing process.
Responsibilities
- Subscribe to RFP boards, evaluate RFPs, match solutions, answer questions, and manage deadlines
- Use internal AI bots and agents to query content and review answers
- Project management required for legal and compliance reviews
- Build and maintain a database of answers for reuse
- Potential use of Starbridge tool for RFP management
Skills
- Writing, organization, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Four-year degree
- RFP or grant writing experience
- Experience with public or non-profit institutions
- AI and large language model experience
Benefits
