[Remote] QA Automation Lead Engineer

They are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead Engineer to lead Quality Engineering activities for enterprise applications, focusing on automation execution and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering activities for the designated domain
- Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java), Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and REST API frameworks
- Leverage AI-assisted testing solutions to improve automation efficiency
- Manage test execution on cloud platforms such as Lambda, Test Grid, and SauceLabs
- Validate end-to-end integrations, enterprise data flows, and downstream impacts
- Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
- Track quality metrics, risks, and production readiness
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams
- Perform defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement

- Experience with End-to-End business flow validation
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
