- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
- Source, recruit, and engage high-caliber industry professionals
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Serve as a trusted advisor and market expert within your niche
Skills
- Animal Health, Veterinary, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, or AgTech experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term career
- Sales, account management, consulting, or territory management experience preferred
